On Hand Inventory

This policy applies to items purchased from my on-hand inventory, via my GoDaddy Store or at an event. If you purchased through my Red Aspen store

RETURNS

1. You have 20 days from the day an order is placed to request a return!

2. Contact hello@redaspen.com with your return request. Be sure to include:

• The order number

• Items and quantity being returned

3. You will be provided with an RMA number to include on the outside of your return package.

4. After submitting your return request, you will have 14 days to mail your product and proof of purchase back to us at: Red Aspen 989 S Industry Way, Suite #102 Meridian, ID 83642

5. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 8-10 business days to receive credit back.

When returning an item, please keep in mind:

Item must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase. This could include:

1. Your packing slip
2. A copy of your order confirmation email
3. A copy of your return confirmation email

20-day Satisfaction Promise

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email hello@redaspen.com within 20 days of receiving your order, and we will offer a refund or replacement.

Shipping

• For customers that live in the Boise, Idaho area, free pick up is ALWAYS an a option to save on shipping fees.
• Idaho Beauty is not responsible for delays by the US postal system, if you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior so we can provide you optional shipping options.
• Idaho Beauty is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged; please work with USPS.
• Please note that holiday shipping will vary depending on the US Postal Service
• We offer Ground Flat Rate shipping for on all U.S. orders.
• All shipments will take approximately 2-3 business days for processing prior to shipping.
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer.
• Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be re-shipped at customer expense.
• We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
• We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a      claim.
• We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

FREE PICK UP

• We also offer free, front door pickup for local customers. ​You will be notified, via the email you provided, when your order is ready.  It is the responsibility of the customer to pick up their order after their "ready for pick up" email.
• Orders that are not picked up, within 30-days of fulfillment, and were at no-charge to the customer (redeemed coupon, contest winning, etc.) will be void and returned to inventory.  If your coupon code is still valid/not expired, you can reorder and redeem your coupon code for the same a different available product.
• Paid orders that are not picked up, within 30-days of fulfillment, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and voided with the remaining balance redeemable via an Idaho-Beauty.com Gift Card towards any on-hand inventory items.  Gift Cards expire within 6 months of creation date.
