The House of Ambition, known as HOA, is our "mothership".  All of our Teams (the 3 to the right), report under Tara.  She has built an empire!  She did not do this alone, she relies on her other National leaders to Associate Brand Ambassadors to help lead and create wining strategies for their teams to keep HOA the highest ranked team among Red Aspen.

Flocking Fabulous, known as FF or "The Flock" is another ranked and highly recognized national team.  Jamie's FF Team is a "child" of HOA.  Jamie has her own flavor and approach to sales and strategy.  You can copy HOA, FF or combine the two! I  personally find a little of each works for me, but sometimes I just follow Jamie's lead! Jamie is one of the highest personal sellers in RA.  

Dash n'Dauntless or DND is lead by Jeanette who is signed up as a BA, just a few short years ago, directly under Jamie Smith. Jeanette has grown a successful business by holding Pop Ups and participating in a lot of vendor events..  She started with a few BAs on her team and in 2023 is growing her team rapidly!

Dashing Diamonds or DD is our Team! Celeste joined RA without knowing anyone and was blindly added to an upline that ghosted her.  She met Jeanette on the weekly RA product announcement FB live, Jeanette took her under her wing and she was able to move over to DND!  Celeste is a full-time corporate Tech leader and uses RA products to save her time.
